3.2. **Location:** For on-location shoots, clients must ensure a suitable and safe environment. Any additional location fees or permits are the client's responsibility.

**4. Image Delivery**

4.1. **Turnaround Time:** We aim to deliver your edited photos within 14 days, but this timeframe may vary based on the complexity of the project.

4.2. **Image Selection:** The final selection of images for editing is at the photographer's discretion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

**5. Copyright and Usage**

5.1. **Copyright:** All images taken by Yarol's Photo Studio remain the property of Yarol's Photo Studio, and we retain copyright ownership.

5.2. **Usage:** Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal and promotional purposes. Any commercial use requires prior written consent.
